Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before applying to join the Phases Program (“the Program”). By submitting an application, scheduling a discovery call, or making payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Eligibility and Application
1.1. Enrollment in the Program is by application only. Applicants must complete the application form honestly and thoroughly.
1.2. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the Program. Admission decisions are at the sole discretion of Phases.
1.3. Applicants must participate in a discovery call prior to acceptance. This call is intended to assess readiness, suitability, and alignment with Phases’ philosophy and methods.
1.4. The Program is intended for serious participants only. By applying, you acknowledge your commitment to engage fully and consistently with the Program requirements.
Payment and Fees
2.1. Program fees are due as specified during enrollment.
2.2. Payment must be made in full (or according to the agreed payment plan) before participation begins.
2.3. All payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law or explicitly stated in writing by Phases.
2.4. Failure to complete payment or adhere to the agreed plan may result in immediate removal from the Program.
​Program Participation
3.1. Participants agree to follow the Program protocol, including nutrition, exercise, mindset, and lifestyle guidance as outlined by Phases and its coaches.
3.2. You acknowledge that individual results will vary based on factors including personal effort, adherence to recommendations, health status, and lifestyle.
3.3. Phases provides education, coaching, and accountability but does not guarantee specific outcomes, such as a particular amount of weight loss or time frame for results.
3.4. Participants are responsible for consulting with a licensed healthcare professional before starting any new nutrition, exercise, or wellness program.
Discovery Call, Cancellation, and Rescheduling
4.1. Discovery calls may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed calls without notice may result in forfeiture of the opportunity to apply.
4.2. Once enrolled, participants must adhere to scheduled coaching sessions, check-ins, and Program timelines unless otherwise arranged in writing with Phases.
4.3. Phases reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions when necessary and will provide reasonable notice in such cases.
Health Disclaimer
​5.1. The Phases Weight Loss Program and its materials are for educational and informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
5.2. Participants should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of participation in the Program.
5.3. Phases and its representatives are not responsible for any adverse effects, injuries, or health complications resulting from participation in the Program or from failure to follow medical advice.
Confidentiality and Conduct
​6.1. Participant information and communications are kept confidential in accordance with Phases’ Privacy Policy.
6.2. Participants agree to maintain a respectful, supportive, and professional environment in all Program communications.
6.3. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Program without refund.
Intellectual Property
7.1. All Program materials, including guides, videos, written content, frameworks, and digital assets, are the intellectual property of Phases.
7.2. Participants may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute Program materials without prior written permission from Phases.
Limitation of Liability
8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phases, its staff, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
8.2. By enrolling, you release Phases, its owners, coaches, and representatives from any and all claims related to your participation.
8.3 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws without regard to its conflict of law principles.
