I took bits and pieces of different things I've tried and learned over the years and put it all together. Every part of this program is crucial and as important to the journey as the last. I learned that it's not just one thing or another, it's a combination of different things and I couldn't find a program that had everything, so I made one.
Also, since becoming a trainer, I have seen a lot of limiting factors, false beliefs and myths that people need to unlearn, and bad habits that need to be broken and I aim to help people understand what works and why it works.
In person includes live classes that you can join if you are local to Delmar, De (or neighboring towns) It's a little more expensive because you are getting more options and can do your check ins in person as well.
Online offers workouts and tailor it to whatever point in the program you're currently at and gives you everything you need but is not as hands on as in-person. You still have direct contact with your coach and can contact them anytime you need to.
Both are effective, but depending on location, comfort level, or availability you may choose to just do the online platform.
No. You'll be joining classes with others. Personal training is offered, but it's not included in this program. If you would like more information, please email us.
Results are dependent on your participation. If you're truly following the program protocol and not seeing any results, you need to consult your coach and figure out if there's something else going on.
To maximize your results, you should not stray from the program protocol. Support is available if you feel overwhelmed, having cravings, or emotionally inclined to stray from whatever level of Phases you are in. Please REACH OUT!
We typically like to start people the following Monday after signing up. This gives you the opportunity to read through some of the material, grocery shop, and get mentally prepared. If you need more time, you can just let your coach know (because your progress is being tracked so we need to know that you decide to start at a different time than was previously decided)
Since this is a self-paced program, you are not on a timeline.
The Phases program is meticulously designed to aid in weight loss by emphasizing the critical role of nutrition along with mindset and movement. Every participant begins with the same foundational criteria to ensure a uniform starting point. Phase 1 of the program is particularly crucial as it lays the groundwork for your nutritional understanding. Even if you feel that you don't need it right now, mastering Phase 1 ensures you have a strong base to build upon. This phase is comprehensive and can be a valuable resource to refer back to if you ever find yourself stuck or experiencing a plateau. By thoroughly understanding the principles of Phase 1, you can effectively navigate through your journey and sustain your progress long-term although you may be ready for Phase 2 sooner than others,
Of course. There are vegetarian options available. This also adds more options for non-vegetarians if you want more variety than just animal protein.
Depending on where you are in the program, the menu may not always align with the program protocol. Be mindful of your choices and think long term. Remember, this won’t be the last holiday or special occasion you celebrate—so make the decisions that will support your success, even on that day. Don’t let temptation or a short-term mindset derail your progress in the program.
